There are several messages in the TEDx talk I am giving this weekend, but this is the final message: “The way you tell a story has the power to change that story.”
This may be one of the biggest things I have learned from this work so far. It may be that the change is internal, but this in itself is a powerful thing. In fact, it might be the most powerful and necessary outcome of finding your way back from tragedy.
